Vavni provides world class mechanical engineering design services with design centers in Silicon Valley, California and Gandhinagar, India. The design centers fulfill the needs of worldwide customers for designing high-end servers, routers, switches and other types of high tech electronic enclosures. We are equipped with the latest high-end workstations, ProEngineer/Solidworks software, and server infrastructure to provide concept development, product design, program management, analysis (structural, thermal, tolerance), drawing documentation and BOM creation, fabrication support, DFX reviews, and production release support.

We are equipped with the latest high-end workstations and server infrastructure to execute mechanical design work. Our infrastructure is fully equipped for interacting with Vavni’s Santa Clara, CA engineering team and global customers. The design software environment consists of Pro/Engineer Wildfire
4.0/INTRALINK 8.0, Solidworks 2009/PDMWorks.

We are also equipped with Pro/Mechanica and ANSYS for structural/vibration analysis and FloTherm or Icepak for thermal analysis. We have mechanical design engineers with specific capabilities in the areas of enclosure design with excellent understanding of EMC, thermal management, cable management and the manufacturing processes.

Additionally, we conduct the following in-house exercises with the objective to keep our design team at par with international standards and quality:

• All engineers are continually trained on the latest CAD applications and release levels.
